I suppose it depends on how you read and interpret RFC 2822 section 3.6.6:

	Resent fields are used to identify a message as having been
	reintroduced into the transport system by a user.

It seems to me that the key word in that sentence is "reintroduced", and I
interpret this statement to mean that the message in question reached a
destination mailbox, and was re-injected into the mail stream by the recipient.
That does not seem to be what happened in this case.  In this case, it appears
that Securence is simply providing message hygiene service.  There are ways
to route inbound and outbound messages through third-party servers without
modifying the envelope-sender address, or adding Resent-From headers.
