Could someone explain why SLACVM's LISTSERV, a non-backbone
LISTSERV, has recently started getting DISTRIBUTE jobs from TREARN?
I've appended the console file for all of the 4 occurrences I've
seen so far.  All cases come from LISTSERV@TREARN, and have
recipients at DKAUNI2.  Aside from the fact that, as a non-backbone
site, we shouldn't be seeing DISTRIBUTE jobs in the first place, it
seems odd to be sending files from Turkey to Germany via western
United States :-)
