I see.  The last list is confidential.  And that's why it doesn't show up in
the archive list.  But why doens't wa.exe work at all for the other lists?  It
just returns a CGI error:

The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of
HTTP headers. The headers it did return are:

And nothing was shown for the headers.
