I went to cc:Mail's Interchange last week. They are supporting RFC1154
and MIME in their gateways/routers. There are currently 2M cc:Mail
users. Especially in the Windows and Mac environments, attachments
are very common. We have committed to cc:Mail for LAN users, yet VM,
VMS, Unix, etc.. will remain very much a part of our 'picture'. We
have many cc:Mail users subscribing to lists, so let's please not invent
anything new.
