Using Listserv 1.8d classic on NT

We've followed the directions explicitly. We still can't get our
converted archives to index in Listserv.

We've added a 73 line "=" feed above the first message, followed by
the message headers, followed by the body of the message. We are
indexing the notebooks Monthly, so are placing all of November 1995
messages in "LIST-NAME".LOG9511

We place the "=" line feed between each message. We added these
archives to the correct directory as noted in the Notebook= keyword.

We have restarted Listserv.

Nothing is showing up. Any ideas?
