Yes, this is a great formum for that purpose, but make sure that
the subscribers do not have the SHORTHDR subscription option set if
they prefer to receive mime attachments via Listserv. In my experience,
FULLHDR is needed to preserve the MIME header stuff for delivery to
the subscribers.
