sorry the link http://www.didage.org.mx/main/wa.exe is my error, is not 
the link to our page. the real link is 
http://www.didage.org.mx/listas/wa.exe and this  worked fine.

on the site.cfg add the following line

WWW_ARCHIVE_URL = http://www.didage.org.mx/listas/wa.exe

maybe changue this, but with this instruccion, similarly me does not 
permit to enter, obviously restarting listserv.
