With "Validate= Yes,Confirm,NoPW" you can do a bulk add with the
following steps (I do this with VM LISTSERV-TCP/IP 1.8b):
Step 1:

  Send mail to LISTSERV with the following lines (note the blank line):

  Reply by mail to confirmation request via mail from LISTSERV:
