I get a message to confirm for posting, and instead of just saying OK I =
add text into the message. Will the message still go out from the list =
or now will it go out from me?

Margaret,
You can allow your edited message to still go out to the list from the
original sender. Set your list configuration to Send=Editor,Hold,Confirm.
When a message comes in that you want to edit, go to the top nav bar and
click "Edit -> Edit Message" and then make your additions or changes. Then,
you can go through the normal "OK" confirmation process by hitting Reply and
typing "ok"--the edited message will now go to the list with the original
sender's name in the header.

Sincerely,
