This is really strange.  If I send mail to an address in lower case,
it gets to someone just fine, but if I send it to his address typed
in upper case, it's being rejected.  I have 2 questions:
 
1) should the case of an address matter?  I was under the impression it
   doesn't.
 
2) I have his address listed in the Moderator tag of a list in lower
   case, but posts are being sent to his address upper cased.  Can I
   change this so that it remains lower case?
