Anyone have information on the availability of mailing list
services for the following:
 
	a.  Horse lovers.  Discussion of things equestrian.  Horse
enthusiasts of all levels and levels of experience.  Regular
list at "[log in to unmask]" has been terminated.
 
	b.  Mailing list to discuss issues relating to running,
moderating, and/or otherwise handling the administrative side of
a mailing list.
 
Also is there a handy dandy guide instructional guide that will
help someone to establish a list available.  Seeking guidance how to
create traffic, Digests, and anything else that relates to
administering a list.  Search thus far has been negative and "yes"
I have asked the site SA and reviewed the various list compilations.
No input - yet.
