In regard  to the missing Brazilian  nodes. I am  afraid the problem is  a bit
worse than described by BITNIC since all LISTSERVs use the BITEARN NODES file.
There will be much bounced mail.  All listserv postmasters should be sensitive
to this problem and make sure list owners  are aware of the problem so they do
not drop all brazilian subscribers due to bounced mail.
