Does the implementation of LISTSERV running on Unix have the same (or
functionally equivalent) xxxxx-L FILELIST "directory" structuring as
CMS LISTSERV?

In particular, is there a LISTSERV FILELIST that can contain definitions of
__sublists__, e.g., /F/ xxxxx-L FILELIST entries, which can then contain the
records for actual stored files (or sublists of its own)?

Can a Unix LISTSERV Owner GET xxxxx-L FILELIST (CTL and add comments
interspered between the file definitions so as to document those files'
contents/purpose, as you can in CMS LISTSERV (assuming that the answer to
the first question above is Yes)?
