I believe there is (or was) one already.  The last address I have was
[log in to unmask]  The name of the group is "misg-net".  This group
discusses general topics primarily of interest to the peoples of Malaysia.
The person who was (or is) moderating the group can probably be reached at
"[log in to unmask]".
