We run Office Vision/VM on a machine that is connected in a statewide network
with other machines running ov/vm systems. We recently installed listserv
1.7d. Local users are able to send ov/vm notes to the listserv by way of the
RFC822 USERS file on the pump disk. The problem is, users at other nodes in
our network that are running their own ov/vm (to which our ov/vm is defined in
the REMLOC file) cannot send ov/vm notes to our listserv. Since our system is
defined OV passes mail to the "xxxmail" machine, bypassing mailer and pump.
 
Is there a way to accomplish the equivalent of what RFC822 USERS does for
local users, for users at the other ov/vm sites in our network (exclusive of
removing the defintions in the REMLOC and/or PROFS NODES files)?
