I suppose  you could hack  this into lsv_amin.c. But  it does not  seem a
very straightforward approach to have LISTSERV encrypt for the sender. If
the sender does  not have a mail agent that  supports encryption, he will
have trouble reading messages from other  people on the list. If he does,
this seems to be the most logical place to encrypt the message.
