The list EDTECH@OHSTVMA already has a subscriber with the name
Tak(eshi) Utsumi.   Listserv receives a forwarded subscribe request
for a user, with the name Tak(eshi) Utsumi.
 
This has happened many times before.   I usually contact the user directly
to get their correct personal name.
I then change the subscription and change the SIGNUP FILE.
 
What is going on?
