Where is your smrsh directory?

Smrsh is a method of restricting what programs can be piped too from
sendmail. On my system, the smrsh directory is /etc/smrsh

So, on my system, as root, I would do:
cd /etc/smrsh
ln -s /usr/local/bin/lsv_amin lsv_amin

On my system, that would likely solve the problem.
