Often, looking at the Received: headers will reveal what's going on - it's
almost always subscribed to one address and forwarded from there.  You can
then figure out what hostname was doing hte forwarding, and look for names
there that are (usually) somewhat similar to the person's new name, or you
can ask them "which of these 5 addresses used to be you?"
