Good to know they were in such an intuitive location. I've always thought
their placement of the documentation for the '.' commands was a masterstroke
of obstification, so consistency rules the day.

Here I go again, answering my own question. I found the documentation for
the
'plus' commands in the tutorial web pages linked from the Server Management
main page.
