There are 617 files in the system  spool and 2 files in the RSCSV2 spool.
LISTSERV is automatically  coming back online and  will resume processing
reader files.  You can force it  back offline, if desired,  by issuing an
OFFLINE command. It will, however, go back offline automatically when the
system spool  goes above 400  files or the  RSCSV2 spool goes  above 3000
files.
