Is there any way to suppress this notification message on a user-by-user
basis?  Since SCFMVS is adjacent, it and the file itself arrive within
seconds of each other.  I LSVPUT this file to LISTSERV@SCFVM each after-
noon for local distribution only.  Mr. Bogert is at a Braille terminal
and finds it tiresome to have to process the notification message when
often he has already RECEIVEd the file itself.
