Though there does appear to be an archive, it is stored
under the filename LISTSERV-L NOTEBOOK.  My guess is that
there is a mismatch between your notebook= operands and
what is stored in the filelist.  You may need to do a
DATABASE Refresh.  But, maybe your version of LISTSERV(R)
(1.7b) does not support the DATABASE function and therefore
I guess you can't REFRESH?

Is your DIGEST working?
