Release 1.3a pitifully crashes after entering XEDIT INPUT mode when presented
with a list  containing some userids with  a "#" field. My  personal opinion is
that the  default setting of LINEND  should be OFF, but...  Another problem was
that the <STORE> command does take an awful lot of time when the signup file is
large. I  changed a REXX loop  to a "Find" call  and it has now  turned back to
something very reasonable, considering the amount  of work to be done when sto-
ring a list... Also, "(no name)" entries  will no longer pile up in your signup
file, nor will they trash previously obtained "good" names... *groan*
 
  Considering the  severity of the  "#" problem it is  probable that I  ship an
UPD13B file this afternoon. It would  include some additional features too, not
just fixes.
