The following file formats have been added to LISTEARN 1.0:
 
HEX        - turns each byte into two hex characters.
EBCDIC     - converts ASCII files into EBCDIC before sending
XXENCODE   - Similar to UUE, but uses another symbol set which is
             less likely to get altered by gateways.
BTOA       - Unix's BTOA encoding.
 
to use any of these options, you need to enter f=xxx at the end of your
GET command where xxx stands for the first three characters of these
encoding types.
 
My special thanks to Dr. Gustaf Neumann <NEUMANN@AWIWUW11> for providing
us with these encoding options. Originally, he had written them for TRICKLE
