Following problem:
 A list with  Validate= All_Commands and password protected. The  owner is not
on the local node  so validation by password is required. He  wants to set his
OWN list options. Neither a simple SET nor a SET ... FOR works.
The statement on line 75 begins with "If  origin = target" to check if the SET
is done  by a subscriber  or FOR  another user. In  case of "by  subscriber" a
check for Validate is made - and if it's All_Commands the request is forwarded
to the owners.
So clearly it is not possible for the owner to change his own options!
