I wish to start and maintain a free mailing-list,
for alumni of a military (US) overseas school
which has been closed for 30 years.

The school was at Itazuke Air Base, Japan and
we currently have about 400 alumni with email
addresses.  It is unlikely to grow beyond 500
addresses as there has been no new students
for the past 30 years.  Itazuke closed in 1972.

The list is to be moderated (by me) and I have
experience with them as well as with UNIX in
general.  No messages will be permitted with
pictures or any attachments at all, in fact.
