On our Microsoft ASP-based website, we used the CDONTS ActiveX component to
send SMTP mail via Microsoft IIS.

Now that we have LSMTP we're looking for a similar mechanism to send mail
through LSMTP.

From a web page running on the LISTSERV server, is there a way to
programatically deliver mail using LSMTP?

Alternatively, is there a way to programatically send jobs to LISTSERV,
running on the same host, including bulk adds and DISTRIBUTE jobs?
