You (VPI) got hit pretty hard this morning, which was motivation for me to
put out a short warning to SJU's owners.  SJU has been seeing this build
up slightly as the afternoon progresses, both here and at other sites.
I'm basing this by the number of spamming alerts I'm getting from other
sites, as well as bounce mail directed to me.
