   I think you problem is the specification of the "GMC" File Access Code.
The proper way to code a FAC in a FILELIST is:
 
*+ fac= item,item,...}{,HIDE=item,item,...}{,PW=xxxx}
 
Please note that the sequence is "Star-Plus-Space-<facname>-Equal-Space",
this is a requirement of the FAC processor (LSVCKFAC EXEC). Also, if you
want a FAC to cross multiple lines, you need to start each line with the
"*+ fac= " intro.
