LISTSERV used to do that, but  it seems that UPDNODES and/or NETSERV were
changed  to give  BITEARN NODES  the  same date  as the  NODUPD file,  ie
LISTSERV may think  the tables are more recent than  the file and doesn't
rebuild them. I will have to fix that for the next release.
