Nice, right? Except there is absolutely no Filter= keyword
for the list, and the single one for the site is nothing like the
bounce. That is, I only have one domain listed for the site-wide
FILTER_ALSO config variable.

At least it's consistent . . . It bounced for everyone at
that domain.
