What might cause listserv keep sending messages back to itself on the
following list.  There used to be no problem with the list.  And the header
has not been changed.

Backgroud information:
A subscriber will send out a message, I'll approve it, and it will appear on
the list.  But for some reason, that same message will be submitted by
[log in to unmask] for approval several more times.  The subscriber
will then get several automated rejection messages from the listserv, saying
that since this is a duplicate message, it will not be distributed.  This is
happening with different subscribers.

Below is an example of the duplicate message.
