Got a couple of questions about your list:
 
1)  Will it be used in an "academic" fashion?  (meaning that no-one directly
    makes money or profits from the list activities)
 
2)  What do you expect the traffic load to be?
 
3)  What file storage requirements will the list have?
 
4)  What posting archive storage requirements will the list have?
