I am looking for how to generate statistics on the number of
recipients of email posted to moderated listserv. We are working on
Listserv on an NT Server, not VM, so I know that the options are
different.

I am running two separate moderated lists.

One list sends me an acknowledgement with how many people received
such-and-such message on such-and-such date. The other lists does
not. I've check the configurations for each list and can't seem to
determine where the difference is to be found in the configuration
options, such that both lists will send me, the list owner, the per
message count of how many people received the posting.

Finally, is there a way that I can access such statistics
retroactively on a Listserv database through the systems
administrator or as a get-command from myself as listowner.

Thanks in advance.
