  A new PEERS NAMES file is on its way. There are a number of new servers, and
JPNSUT10 is  being removed  from the  DIST1 backbone  since its  BITEARN NODES
never seems to  get updated. JPNSUT30 is  always up to date  and has therefore
been left  on the DIST1  backbone, so the DIST  burden should just  be shifted
from SUT10 to SUT30.
