Basically, I'm looking for a LISTSERV program that will run under the
Vax VMS operating system. Or I would like the name of a vendor for such.
Or I would like to know about VMSMAIL Mailserv software and how difficult
mailserv lists are to maintain and set up. Those are a lot of questions.
