After adding back my local mods (accesses, etc), I have only one suggestion
 
Make the default for the add/del, reg, afd - QUIET
 
I inserted this with source mods, but it could be an option
 
Also some users have addresses:  [log in to unmask]
 
I have an outside routine that converts .bitnet to .BITNET which is then
caught by LSVMAINT (at least I think LSVMAINT still doesn't catch this
intentional dodge by the user).  Please let me know if I still need this
extra process.
