Use the implementation of LISTSERV features commonly
called semi-moderation.
 
* SEND= EDITOR
* EDITOR= your_userid@node,(listname)
* SUBSCRIPTION= OPEN,CONFIRM
* CONFIRM-DELAY= 71 H
 
When a problem user actually successfully SUBSCRIBES to
the list, you can individually issue (one or the other, but
not both)
 
SET listname REVIEW FOR user@fqdn
SET listname NOPOST FOR user@fqdn
 
The first sends to you a copy of any of the user's list posts for
you to Edit/pass along/reject.
 
The second simply rejects the posting with no involvment on
your part (except perhaps a notification? that that occurred).
