Vertical banded gastroplasty is a proven solution for weight loss.  There
are numerious sources on the internet concerning medical procedure, yet no
support groups/usenet groups to help with follow-up.
 
The behavior changes inherent with a physcial change such as stapling one's
stomach requires daily discussion and support.
 
Over 100,000 people have ungone this surgery.  We need a group we can tap
