Would this be the right place to ask about setting up a new list?  I'm
interested in getting one going, but I'm having the hardest time finding
out how to do it.  It appears there are remote servers I could use to do
this, but I can't find anyone to give me info on *how* or *where* or who
the right person is to ask.
 
I apologize if this is the wrong place to ask, but any info would be
*greatly* appreciated.  Thanks.
