No, there is  no way. As you  know, LISTSERV goes to great  pains to make
the Internet/NJE duality transparent to end  users. If you send a signoff
from  your NJE  address,  an  Internet subscription  will  be removed  if
present, so it would not be  logical for NETWIDE signoff to do otherwise.
The purpose  of NETWIDE signoff  et al is to  decrease the impact  of the
removal of a  BITNET node on list  owners, queues, and so on,  and not to
make it easier for sites to leave BITNET. I am not interested in spending
time developing new functions to help sites leave BITNET.
