As a corollary to the orignal question, you should also
ask where does OWNER-listname go?  From my limited research,
listname-REQUEST goes to the ERRORS-TO= value, and OWNER-listname
goes to the OWNER= values (from the list definitions).  Some
LISTSERV host's mailer could re-direct either of those before
it gets to LISTSERV for processing, so, results might vary
e.g., LISTSERV@UBVM (right Jim?).
 
Extra credit will be awarded for dintinguishing between the
singular and plural of OWNER when the operands of a list's
keyword.
