There is NO global suspend for Revised LISTSERV.  Plus, not all
your subscribers' lists are R-LISTSERV.  About the only shorthand
notation is
 
 
SET * NOMAIL NOFILES
 
 
Thus if the user sends this to: LISTSERV at host1, LISTSERV at host2, ...
many lists can be affected at once.
 
To restore distributions, you would do a similar e-mail, but instead
of NOMAIL NOFILES, you would use either MAIL or perhaps DIGEST.
