The reindexing process can occur for a number of reasons. I have run into
this situation two or three times. The culprit is usually a corrupt log
file or index file or a problem with file permissions on those files. Try
moving the ASTHMACUES LOG0003 and ASTHMACUES IND0003 files to someplace
outside of Listserv's view, then restart Listserv. I would be surprised if
Listserv doesn't restart. If it does restart, then shut it down again, put
the LOGFILE back in where it was, and try restarting again.
