Quite a number of files that passed through MAINE's Listserv between
14:23 EDT 09/15/87 and 12:00 EDT 09/16/87 were trashed.  Also there
appears to been a bit of junk mail generated from our Listserv.
 
The problem is now fixed, but there is no way I can do anything
about the files that were lost.
 
When I installed version 15L I had to change my local mods to
LSVIUCV and didn't notice some new code in LSVIUCV that I had
to change.  These mods to LISTSERV are required to handle some
CP mods we have to treat reader files with FORM MAIL differently.
The result was that as soon as a file with form MAIL arrived in
LISTSERV's reader, many of the following files were mis-read.
