There's your problem. There's no good way to address this unless
you make each person make up their mind which address format they
prefer, and stick with it everyplace.,
There's no way you can get Listserv (or anything else) to Get It Right
if people keep changing their minds back and forth. For some cases,
you can subscribe both variants and make one NOMAIL, but that's a kludge.
Remember, not only does Listserv have a problem, but people have personal
address files, etc, that also need to reflect reality.
