Simple answer:

Entries within the "Daily error monitoring report" are NOT necessarily
subscribed per se e.g., they may represented forwarded-to addresses or
variations of the subscriber address (renamed host) and thus not in the
subscriber db.

First check for substring matches of the bouncing address in the subscriber db.
