Since installing  LISTSERV 1.7c,  much of the  local domain  traffic from
LISTSERV has  been going to  another university  via internet only  to be
distributed back  to addresses on  campus here  at Emory. I  suspect that
what  really changed was that  with 1.7c,  the "mail-via"  default became
DISTRIBUTE rather  than DIRECT.  Apparently, I have  something configured
wrong, but I'm not sure where to look. Any ideas?
