Both AMOCO and CITICORP have been informed that they need to change to
RUNMODE=STANDALONE if their firewalls are going to do this to outgoing
mail (their firewalls change the From: line).  Neither site has bothered
to comply although there is an AMOCO.COM person on this list who has tried
to get AMOCO to do so.  Maybe if every site affected wrote en masse to
the respective postmasters this might get resolved, but I'm not counting
on it.
